The hard thing about starting startup is to persist in one goal. Because in the course of action there are always strange opportunities to drag you along without high results. Taking along that is losing money, time and relationships. It doesn't make any sense, because when we start to make us hungry for sales, perfecting the system or not having to show up on the street...

What is a necessary goal for startup?

It is much easier with the start now than it was in the old days, for the former have gradually filled the intellectual and instrumental difficulties for the latter. It's easy to understand now that you can see material about business, marketing, PR, accounting... and the way the book type, the training, the training video... the skills of both expertise and softness are too much, the choosing of yourself a proper way to apply most effectively what you're starting to do.

With the goal for startup I often divide the level into three parts:

Social goals will be the ultimate goals you need to aim for. When you've developed your company's team to the extent that it is financially satisfying and that it's easy to achieve the collective goals that have been set, you need to implement social goals right now, only if you've done your social goals, your personal level, the new collective can rise to a new level that will contribute to the welfare of society will make you assert the value of your role and your collective roles with the community. With goals such as building the center of bright young talent, organizing talent search competitions, making useful products or services for the community... With any goal towards bringing the value of living to society being a social goal, of course, doing this goal you will achieve more than fame... The person who creates and develops community will master the game.

When should goals be set?

At the start of the career, the team member had people who had been working together for a long time and shared interest in perspective and how business would have shared common goals that had had to take steps to build business ideas, business goals, and business plans. For business purposes, what does the social goal have to be the first thing you need to do for your services product to benefit society? Only if you perform a useful service product for society can you create your own community. The collective or individual goals, you can establish them gradually, don't set the collective or individual goals first, because it's a variable, it's always going to change according to your progress and team to fit more into what's happening when you're doing social goals, and then build the collective goal based on that, and then go to your own personal goals.

In order to assemble team, you need good social goals and away-flying, so the people you want to join are interested in doing it with you, because everybody wants to build communities on their products and services. But sharing social goals also takes collective goals so that they know what they're doing and what they're going to get, and they should also learn about their personal goals to see if they really fit in with the team they're working on.

All you do is figure it out.

Yes, if you're trying to learn a lot to raise your social understanding, you should stop right now, because there's a lot you're never going to use, or you're going to use it not much more, more than you're going to waste your time and your energy.

With similar objectives, individual goals should have the building blocks for collective goals and collective goals that help to improve social goals. Knowing how to build an inheritance goal will help you and team to move forward to a faster social goal, focus gets better and important jobs, the business plan will not spread out and be extremely active. Working with an inheritance will help you and team to be more complete, to have precise computing skills, to weigh the benefits, to be able to decide what to do, not to do anything, because, while startup you will have so many opportunities to choose to follow, sometimes to undermine your social goals, which is why I gave the title of this article Startup to stick to a goal to the end and all on the top is just the content to understand this last point.

Startup should persist in following a goal to the end

When you startup, you're going to have very tough problems, sometimes they're bullshit, but they're in your way a lot, which makes you nervous and want to quit. Examples are issues on: personnel, finance, time, customers, sales, products... will be born continuously when you start startup.

The problem that makes startup or quit the most is that it's going to be a matter of cost. When you focus on developing your services and your products, at the same time your other living income will be reduced, and the main source you wish for from the service or product you're startingup. But life is not like a dream, the 70% of the products and services you're making are not going to get into sales right now, the 25% are few, only a handful of preparations and inheritances that are going to come out of the front to feed team, for example, now you're starting to enter products for sale that only 2 3 people know a little bit about the product, a little bit about the sares, a little marketing, even if you've got a bunch of money that will soon dry out of blood. But if it's capital enough, but the team members have a long history of sales, marketing, products... then it's very easy to just pick a member of the team and join the team. I also suggest you think about how you plan to be an heir.

But most of the team startup will meet up with capital in the first few days. That's why, if your goal is to suck team's blood too much money, energy, time, relationship... then it's most likely, you and team, will fail the cake, and reverse the direction of going in a different direction than the original plan and goal. I'm sure that when you startup there's a lot of business opportunities from the outside stream that will appeal to you, each member of your team or your team. But that opportunity sounds very smooth and very easy to reach, because usually those who share that opportunity will take the dream plan to share the dream's plan that I used to point out the plans that were written so beautiful, that seemed to be just so convenient, not so difficult, not so risky.

The fall and pleasure of it will make you super-hearty and forget about your first goal to achieve new goals. By the time you make a new goal, you'll realize that it's full of hard and hard like old goals, then if there's another plan you'll see better, and then you'll be able to do it again, and then you'll realize it's not better, and so on and so forth, you'll try one another, and then you'll lose your people, and you'll lose your money, and you'll lose your time, and you'll end up realizing that these schemes are bullshit, and you'll hate it, and you'll leave you'll go and do good work for it...

I'm just telling you that any goal is the same, and it's hard to start theup and the risk that you're going to get, of course, to get to the new page. It's hard and it's too risky for you to risk fighting and give up in the middle, looking for easier opportunities, and sooner or later you're going to get a lot of defeat, which means you're not going to get anything of an inheritance.

As you pursue your goal to the end, I believe you will achieve it, because if we breathe, then we can turn the situation around, even though you are in deep debt, losing loved ones, losing your wife, losing your husband, having no home, having no property, having nothing... you can still turn the situation around. Think about it. When you hit a cliff, you don't get up, you're gonna dig a hole so you're gonna go deeper. What?
